At the Baltic Hotel Lübeck, service is a top priority. We see it as our task to ensure that you have a good time with us and therefore try to meet your wishes and constantly improve ourselves.


Hotel information at a glance 

Check in

Generally, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00. Earlier arrival is possible from 8:00 am. You can leave your luggage at the hotel.

Checkout

Standard Checkout is 11:00 am.
Late checkout 12:00 noon can be arranged at reception the evening before departure, subject to availability, for a surcharge of €15.

Breakfast

To avoid waiting times for you, we will reserve a table for you at one of our breakfast times:

  • 6:45 - 7:30 am
  • 7:45 - 7:45 am
  • 9:15 - 10:15 am
Tables are reset between breakfast times and the buffet is refilled as required.
Children up to the age of 10 may only be accompanied to the buffet.
In the event of an early departure, you can order a packed lunch instead of breakfast in consultation with reception.

Wi-Fi access

Room service

Please hang the service sign on the door after breakfast, no later than 12 p.m. if you would like room service.

The reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

If you have any further questions, simply contact reception, using the direct dial number on the telephone.

Children 

Children up to the age of 2 who sleep in their parents' bed are free. We charge you a one-off price of 25.00 euros for a baby bed. Extra beds for older children costs 25.00 euros per night.
Breakfast buffet, children up to 10 years are only allowed to attend the buffet if accompanied.

Pets 

Pets are welcome in our hotel as long as the dog and the owner agree maintain standards of hygiene and courtesy.
For one night/one pet, €7.50 is charged; for two nights/two pets, an additional one-off fee of €15 is charged for the final cleaning.

Cleaning / Roomservice 

Your room will be cleaned upon request (between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.). Please hang this Service sign on the door after breakfast, no later than 12 p.m. if you want room service.
When you wash new towels, place them on the bathroom floor are then exchanged.

Parkingspace 

There are limited on-site parking spaces and garage spaces available.
Parking spaces cannot be reserved for organizational reasons.
There are train parking spaces about a 4-minute walk away Hotel away, daily fee approx. 5.50 euros.
There is also a parking garage about 120 meters from the hotel, with a daily fee of 10.00 euros for 24 hours.

Wake-up service 

Wake-up call possible from 7:00 a.m. If you would like to be woken up, please let reception know. you reach the reception direct dial via the reception button on the telephone.

Telephone 

The extension between the rooms is the respective room number.
You can reach the reception via direct dialing using the reception button on the telephone
External telephone calls are not possible.

Post 

Mail intended for you is kept at reception. You will then be informed by us.

Printing 

If you would like to have something printed out during your stay, please send it to info @ baltic-hotel . de and contact reception.

Payment options 

We accept cash, VISA - MASTER/EURO and Maestro/ Ec cards.

Emergency 

Please inform the reception desk by dialling 100. Emergency call police 110 and fire brigade 112

Petrol station 

Petrol station You will find a petrol station (ARAL) on the road towards the A1, approx. 1 km from the hotel.

Taxi 

You can order a taxi/minicar from reception or call 0451 81122 to order a taxi or 0451 7 10 11 to order a minicar.

Direktbooking

Please note that bookings at our hotel are cheapest if you book directly with us. Bookings via hotel portals are more expensive, as they charge commission, which we have to add to our room rate.
