Dear guests,

Due to the reporting of the corona pandemic and the increasing number of infected people in Germany, we inform you about our current security measures.

We are again open to private and business travelers!

The reception is not open 24 hours a day, but we are available on call.

To keep it that way, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules of conduct:

Hygiene measures: As a greeting, we'd rather give you a smile than a handshake.

Avoid close contact with other people. We regularly clean all surfaces and door handles with disinfectant and highly concentrated vinegar essence for your and our safety throughout the day.

Our hotel is subject to the requirements of the state regulation.

Breakfast & Meals

The number of people in the breakfast room is limited until further notice and guests are required to wear a mouth-and-nose cover in public areas. This also applies in the breakfast room until a seat has been taken.

We are happy to serve you breakfast alternatively in your room.

We are not allowed to offer a breakfastbuffet, but we prepare it according to your wishes. Please fill out the breakfast sheet at reception or pre-order your meals there.

Until the end of the Corona restrictions, our meal times on weekdays are from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the breakfast room, for stays of several days it is possible to have breakfast in the room until 12 a.m.

For guests who need something to eat outside of this time, we offer packed lunches and coffee / tea in the thermos.

Rules of conduct at the reception:

Please keep a distance of 2M at the reception.

Please wash your hands thoroughly before leaving and when entering hotels, min 20 seconds, fingers, inside and outside of the hands.

Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands, especially your mouth, eyes and nose. If you have to sneeze or cough, sneeze or cough not in the hand but in the crook of the arm.

When to avoid the hotel:

Under no circumstances should you come to the hotel if you or your direct contacts have a cough, runny nose or fever.

The same applies if you have been in a risk area for the past 14 days or have been in direct contact with a person who tested positive.

With these measures we protect you and our employees. At the same time, we help curb the spread of the virus.

Please understand, therefore, that we must reserve the right to refuse access to the hotel to obviously ill people.

If you are tested positive for a coronavirus infection within 14 days of your visit to us, please let us know.

Stay healthy,
your team from the Baltic Hotel Lübeck
